VBS Looking ahead to VBS this summer! "Jesus is the Rock" will be our theme. We will hopefully be making garden stepping stones as one of our projects. We need your help. We want to begin collecting tin pie plates, plastic saucers, plastic lids from Schwann pails, etc. to use as our molds. We will need about 80 of them. If you have anything you think might work, please talk to Lori Smith or bring them in to the OCC storage room. We will also need cement, glass marbles, shells, rocks, etc. for our designs. If you can help in any way, we would really appreciate it! Also looking for a leader or helpers with this special project! This would be a really special memento of VBS for the children!

8God saved us by his grace when we believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. - Ephesians 2:8-9 - New Living Translation (NLT)
In this age of being able to practically shop for everything online, sometimes it is necessary for the 'hands-on' experience of actually picking up and examining an item. This is particularly true when considering a new Bible. With so many translations and styles, it is easier to browse through a selection before making a choice.
